摘要 以陕西神木烟煤、焦作无烟煤以及玉米秸秆为主要原料,添加有机-无机复合粘结剂,加工成生物质型煤样品,并在4t/h的链条炉上进行试烧。结果表明,烟煤型煤和无烟煤型煤燃烧的烟尘排放量分别比国家允许的排放标准降低了69%和76.85%;SO2排放量分别比国家允许的排放标准降低了96.6%和95.5%;炉渣中可燃物比原煤燃烧分别降低了7.63%和16.67%,飞灰中可燃物比原煤燃烧降低了19.04%,足以说明该生物质型煤具有良好的节能环保效果。 In this paper, using shenmu bituminous coal, jiaozuo anthracite and corn stalks as the main raw materials, add with organic-inorganic composite binder. Biomass briquette samples were prepared and used for trial firing in the 4 t/h chain stoker. The results show that the soot and anthracite emissions of combustion are lower than that of state emission standards by 69 and 76.85% respectively, and SO2 emission of soot and anthracite are lower than that of state emission standards by 96.6% and 95.5 % respectively. The combustibles of slag of two types coal are lower than of raw-coal combustion by 7.63% and 16.67%. Compare with raw-coal combus- tion, the fly-ash combustibles are 19.04% lower of both types coal, which show that biomass briquette performs good effect of energy saving and environmental protection.
