煤层钻孔长距离压气带压注浆封孔技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 确定了芦岭煤矿Ⅱ817工作面煤层预抽钻孔的合理封孔深度,揭示了煤层钻孔长距离压气带压注浆封孔的作用原理,提出了煤层钻孔长距离压气带压注浆封孔技术及工艺。研究表明,在突出煤层采取长距离压气带压注浆封孔技术,增加了封孔深度,采用注浆泵利用风力作用将封孔剂送入钻孔内密闭腔室,封孔剂膨胀时,其带压效应增加了封孔剂与孔壁的粘合度,并可渗入孔壁周围裂隙,阻隔外界空气的进入,显著减少孔内的漏风量。与原工艺相比,采用该技术后,瓦斯抽采浓度提高30%以上且维持高浓度时间较长,瓦斯抽采浓度衰减幅度小,显著提高了抽采效果。 The reasonable sealing length of pre-drainage hole in II 817 mining face in Luling Coal Mine is determined, and the function principle of long-distance compressing-air grouting sealing of drilling hole in coal seam is revealed, and then the sealing technique and process are proposed. Studies show that, adopting long-distance compressing-air grouting sealing technology in outburst coal seam can increase the sealing depth; using grouting pump to send the sealing a- gent into closed cabin by wind action and when it expands, the adhesion between it and the hole wall will increase due to its pressurized effect and it can penetrate the cracks around the hole wall to block the outside air to enter, which significantly reduces the amount of air leakage in the hole. Compared with the original process, when implementing the long-distance sealing technology of drilling hole in seam, the extracted gas concentration increases by 30% and it can maintain at a high level for a long time; the attenuating range of extracted gas concentration is small, and the extracting effect is significantly improved.
