Reflections on the Construction of School Culture:A Discussion of Several Problems in the Current Construction of School Culture

学校文化建设正越来越受到重视,这体现了当前学校发展的自觉和自为意识,同时也展示了教育改革的宏观路向,即教育改革正在向纵深、向内涵方向发展。但学校文化建设也有一些困惑和问题迫切需要澄清,需要进一步思考,主要有究竟如何看待学校文化的作用?应建设什么样的学校文化?如何面对当前的文化现象和问题?如何建设学校文化等等。

More and more attention is being paid to the construction of school culture. This trend reflects the self-consciousness and self-accomplishment in the current school development, as well as the general route of educational reform, i.e., putting more weight on the development in depth and in intensive properties. However, there still exist some confusions and problems in the construction of school culture waiting to be clarified and pondered upon further, the major concerns including： what kind of attitude to adopted toward the functions of school culture, which type of school culture to be constructed, how to handle the current phenomena and problems in the culture, and how to construct school culture.
