摘要
进入21世纪以来,世界各国的教育数字化发展呈现出网络搜索图书资料与教材、数字化学习与混合学习、开放式课件、web2.0参与性学习、网上国际学习交流、网络游戏成为学习新载体、移动学习、个性化学习网络等八大新趋势。与此同时,包括西方发达国家在内的各国主流意识中也存在反对教育工作盲目依赖数字网络的理性声音。对教育数字化实践进行合理反思,可以给我国的教育数字化发展提供一些有益的借鉴和思考。如果我们遵循教育规律,"善用"计算机数字技术,那么我们完全可能实现一场富有成果的"教育数字化革命";如果丢失的宝贵教育智慧,在教学与教育上任意"滥用"计算机数字技术,那么,教育数字化运动也可能演变为一种"教育数字化灾难"。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the development of the digitalized education in the world has shown eight new trends. They are online books and course books; digitalized or combined learning; open coursewares; web 2.0-aided interactive learning; online world-wide exchange programs; net-game-based learning; mobile learning and individualized learning. In the meanwhile, objections to an overdependence on net education have also been absorbed into the mainstream view about digitalized education. The practices and reflections in this regard carry significant implications in the development of the digitalized education in China. If we can make good use of the computer technology by sticking to the educational principles, we will certainly bring about a revolution in digital education. If we disregard the educational wisdom and abuse the computer technology, digitalized education is likely to end up as a disaster.
