摘要
本文将构建大学英语课程体系与大学英语教师队伍建设联系起来,从教师团队层面和个人层面讨论大学英语教师队伍建设的设想和举措。
This paper argues that college English teachers should facilitate their career development in the process of constructing college English course systems. It also makes propositions concerning faculty development from the ad- ministrative and individual perspectives.
