"型壳局部保温"工艺,是在浇口、铸件、浇口+铸件型壳外部制作保温层,延长了钢水的凝固时间,打通、拓宽了浇口对热节的补缩通道,提高了浇口的补缩能力,具有"冒口"作用。该工艺方便灵活,成本低廉,可操作性强,同时可提高铸件工艺出品率,减少钢水的消耗。

Insulation on the local shell is to make insulated layer outside the shell of the gate, castings, gate and castings, which can increase solidification time of the molten steel on the insulated layer and en- large feeding channel for hot spot, so improving feeding ability of the gate and subjecting to the riser＇function. The process exhibits convenient and flexible, low cost, high feasibility. Meanwhile , it can in- crease the production yield and reduce the molten steel＇s consumption.
