摘要
教育技术能力培训是四川地震灾后重建区教师队伍建设的重要途径,调查发现其培训模式缺乏针对性和实效性。为此,文章基于灾后重建区教师教育技术能力的培训实践,在进行培训模式梳理和缺陷分析的基础上,提出了基于主题活动导向的混合培训模式,并探讨了该模式的结构模型、过程模型、活动设计以及主题的选择与确定等问题。
Educational technology ability training is a major way to build up the ranks of teachers in the Sichuan earthquake reconstruction area, but the survey has found that the training mode lacks pertinence and effectiveness. Based on the present training of teachers' educational technology ability in the post-disaster reconstruction area, and the reviews and defect analysis of the present training mode, this paper puts forward a mixed training mode based on the theme activities, and analyses the choice and confirmation of its structure model, process model, activities' design and theme.
