促红细胞生成素对豚鼠耳蜗传入神经元毒性损伤的影响

摘要 目的观察谷氨酸致豚鼠耳蜗传入神经元兴奋毒性损伤后,耳蜗局部灌注促红细胞生成素(erythro-poietin,EPO)对耳蜗电生理复合动作电位(CAP)的影响。方法豚鼠26只,体重250~350 g,耳廓反射灵敏。随机分4为组:实验组8只兴奋性损伤后局部应用EPO,简称EPO组;实验对照组8只(Glu组);正常对照组5只(HBSS组);空白对照组5只(Blank组)。EPO组、Glu组和HBSS组分别在术后1 d、术后4周测CAP反应阈,Blank组测CAP反应阈后处死。结果 (1)术后1天EPO组、Glu组CAP反应阈增高,与HBSS和Blank组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)术后4周EPO组CAP反应阈无降低;(3)HBSS组、Blank组CAP反应阈差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Glu有明显的耳蜗毒性,局部应用EPO没有起到对耳蜗神经节的保护作用。
