椎体成形术治疗Kümmell病的早期疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨椎体成形术治疗Kümmell病患者的早期疗效。方法对行椎体成形术治疗的12例Kümmell病患者的资料进行回顾性分析,对比此患者术前、术后1周及术后半年的NRS评分、病椎椎体后凸角及椎体压缩率情况。结果 12例患者术后1周及术后半年疼痛评分均较术前明显减轻(P<0.01);术后1周及术后半年患椎的椎体后凸角及椎体压缩率亦较术前有了一定的好转(P<0.05)。结论椎体成形术治疗Kümmell病可以取得较好的临床效果,为Kümmell病的治疗提供一种创伤小、操作简单的治疗方法。
