摘要
通过对碱洗系统中管路腐蚀产生的原因进行分析研究,分别从物料性质、操作温度、拉伸应力的产生及配管材质本身抗腐蚀能力进行定性分析,解释现场实际操作及维护手段的不合理性。依据对腐蚀产生分析,制定了系统改造方案,对今后此类问题解决有一定参考作用。
Causes of pipeline corrosion in the caustic scrubbing system were studied,a qualitative analysis was carried out from the aspects of material property,operating temperature,tensile stress generation and pipings corrosion resistance,and irrationalities of actual operation and maintenance methods were introduced.According to the analysis conclusion,a transformation scheme was put forward successfully,which can provide a reference for solving resembled problems in the future.
