Design and Application of the Dust Collector in Unloading Process of Extruded Explosives Suspending Track-Car

介绍了悬挂式轨道输送车在膨化炸药生产中的应用情况,着重介绍其在膨化炸药生产线卸料过程中物料粉尘来源及物料粉尘对周围环境、设备、设施造成的破坏和对操作人员健康的影响。提出解决物料粉尘飞散的处理方案,达到保护卸料站操作人员及周围环境、设备、设施的目的。

Application of the suspending track-car in production of extruded explosives was introduced,dust resource in unloading process of extruded explosives production line was discussed as well as damage of the dust to the surrounding environment,equipments and operators’ health.The treatment scheme to solve the material dust problem was proposed,and the purpose to protect operators’ health,surrounding environment and equipments was realized.
