CD133/1及Klf4蛋白免疫荧光共定位分析鉴定结直肠癌肿瘤干细胞 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立新鲜肿瘤组织的肿瘤干细胞筛选方法,寻找结直肠癌组织中肿瘤干细胞。方法收集新鲜结肠癌组织40例,常规冰冻切片后,以CD133/1和Klf4抗体行免疫荧光双染色。比较免疫荧光染色双阳性细胞数量。结果 40例结直肠癌组织中,33例CD133/1阳性,阳性样本中,癌细胞CD133/1阳性率约5%;27例样本Klf4阳性,其内癌细胞的阳性率约10%。其中CD133/1和Klf4双表达的病例样本有26例,样本内CD133/1和Klf4双表达的细胞约占2%。结论 CD133/1和Klf4蛋白共表达细胞可能是候选的结直肠癌干细胞,为肿瘤干细胞筛选及相关抗肿瘤治疗提供保障。
