摘要 裂解反应动力学模型是裂解炉模拟的核心,其准确性直接影响裂解产物预测的准确性以及裂解炉先进控制水平,最终影响乙烯生产的成本。裂解反应动力学模型分为经验模型、分子反应模型和机理模型。分别介绍了三种模型的主要方法和优缺点,指出各类模型的应用方向。同时介绍了裂解反应模型未来研究方向。把裂解反应动力学模型和CFD模型结合进行模拟,计算结果的准确度将得到较大的提高,将为乙烯裂解炉的精确控制提供强有力的参考。 Pyrolysis kinetics model is the core of cracking furnace simulation,whose accuracy directly affects the accuracy of the simulation results,cracking furnace’s optimization and advanced control performance,and ultimately affects the cost of ethylene production.Pyrolysis kinetics models can be divided into experience-based model,molecular reaction model and radical model.In this paper,advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of models were discussed and their applications were introduced.And future research direction of pyrolysis models was introduced.If the pyrolysis kinetics reaction model and CFD model can be combined to simulate together,the accuracy of the results will be greatly improved,which will provide powerful help for accurate control of ethylene cracking furnace.
