摘要
为了选取合适的相似规律来建立管输成品油实验模拟系统,分别对雷诺相似准则和有效剪切应力相等原理进行了适用范围分析。通过实例计算,指出:在应用有效剪切应力相等原理与雷诺相似模型时,要使原型与模型保持流动相似,不同运动粘度的油品应该选用合适的相似模型。并给出了相关的分析方法。
In order to select a suitable similar law to establish an experimental mimic system of pipelining oil products,application scopes of Reynolds similarity criterion and the principle of equal effective equivalent shear stress were analyzed,respectively.Through an example calculation,it’s pointed out that while using the principle of equal effective equivalent shear stress and Reynolds model to find flow similarities in prototype and models,we must choose the right similarity model for oil with different kinematic viscosities.Moreover,relevant analysis methods were introduced.
