摘要 细胞的增殖、凋亡、调控失衡和恶性转化过程涉及多条信号转导通路的异常。许多癌基因由于信号转导通路的活化而表达,参与细胞重要的生理和病理过程。肿瘤的转移和侵袭与信号转导通路息息相关。
