It is hard for the foreign-related bills to co-exist due to their high circulation and the differences between the international rules and the law and regulations among countries,which constrains their dispute solution.Measures and policies should be adopted to improve the circulation and the international trade and guarantee the rights of each party in terms of a full coordination of jurisdiction upon the foreign-related bills worldwide and the choice of the common rules.
