摘要
本文基于电子商务平台生命周期视角,首先分析电子商务平台和风险资本两者的互动机制,接着阐述平台在生命周期各个阶段的发展特征以及对资本的需求特征,最后讨论平台生命周期各个阶段企业应该采取的风险资本管理策略。
From the perspective of e-business platform life cycle,this paper starts to analyzes the interaction mechanism between the e-business platform and venture capital,and then elaborates on the features of the platform's development and its demands for capital in various stages of e-business platform life cycle.In conclusion,it discusses the venture capital management strategies that platform enterprises should take in each stage of the life cycle.
