Reviews on Research Boundary and Its Major Assumptions of “Shipping Finance”

"航运金融"的研究对象到底是"航运+金融"还是"航运的金融",一直以来都是相关研究中所回避的问题。本文认为这恰恰是目前研究对象解释力不足的症结所在。鉴于此,在本文的研究中,笔者从航运业的本源属性出发,着重讨论了两大问题。其一,"航运金融"的研究边界;其二,航运业的经营特点及其所引发的"航运金融"研究的重点命题。最后,文章对未来的"航运金融"研究作了适当的展望。

What is 'Shipping Finance'? So far,this question has been deliberately avoided in the relevant studies.However,we consider it as the crux of the present studies:a solid starting point leads to perfect logical deduction.In our study,we refine three attributes of shipping,based on which we further discuss two main issues in Shipping Finance researches.First,the boundary of 'shipping finance' research;second,the operating characteristics of shipping industry and three key issues in 'shipping finance' research.Finally,we made some prospect for the further research on the very field.
