脑白质病变早产儿神经节苷脂治疗前后血清IL-6、NSE和颅脑超声的变化及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)以及颅脑超声对早产儿脑白质损伤的早期诊断价值,探讨神经节苷脂(GM-1)对早产儿脑白质损伤的疗效。方法脑白质病变早产儿71例随机分为两组,对照组35例,观察组36例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗的基础上,出生后第1天应用GM-1 20 mg+50 g/L葡萄糖溶液20 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,14 d为1个疗程。分别于生后1、7、14 d采用ELISA方法监测血清IL-6、NSE,并采用颅脑超声动态观察脑室周围白质。结果经治疗,观察组生后第7、14天血清NSE、IL-6水平及均颅脑超声灰度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清NSE、IL-6水平及颅脑超声可作为脑白质病变早产儿的早期监测指标,GM-1治疗早产儿脑白质病变有脑神经保护作用。
