摘要 地中海贫血（简称“地贫”）是一组对人类健康影响最大的溶血性血液病，是一种进展性疾病，尽管规律输血和去铁治疗使患者的生活质量提高及生存期延长，但这一疾病最终还是导致患者早期死亡。
