摘要
在广泛文献检索基础上,对光污染的种类、危害(对人体和其他生物体的危害)、预防措施(改进周边环境、采取防护措施、改善家庭居住环境、多参加户外活动)进行了概述,为全民养生保健提供科学资料。
By the investigation of the research about the light pollution,a summarizing about species,harm to human boy and other biologies,prevention measures（improving surrounding circumstance,adopting protective measure,improving family residential environment,participating outdoor activities） was reviewed,to provide a scientific material for healthy protection and keep health of the whole people.
