摘要
本文建立了不需要消化过程,以悬浮液进样-石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定保健酒中铅和锰的方法,研究了加入稳定剂及基体改性剂对检测结果的影响。结果表明,铅、锰的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:Pb:2.2%~2.5%;Mn:2.5%~2.9%。回收率分别为:Pb:94%~105%;Mn:95%~106%。本法与国标法相比,具有操作简单、高效准确的优点。
Lead and manganese in health--care wine was directly determined by suspension sampling--graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy without digestion process. The influence of stabilizers and matrix modifiers was investigated. The relative standard deviations of lead and manganese were 2.2%--2.5%and 2.5% -2.9%, respectively. The recovery of lead and manganese were 945-105 0% and 95%--106%, respectively. Compared with national standard testing methods, this method has the advantages of simple operation and high efficiency.
