吹扫捕集/GC-MS联用法分析地表水中挥发性有机物

Determination of volatile organic compounds in surface water by purge and trap-GC-MS

建立了吹扫捕集—气质谱联用仪同时测定地表水中22种挥发性有机物的方法。NIST标准谱库检索定性,外标法定量。各组分得到了较好的分离,在0.5～100μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线线性相关系数在0.993～0.9992之间,回收率在85%～102%之间。方法准确,精密度良好,满足地表水质分析检测的要求。

A method was established using purge and trap-gas ciaromatograpny-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） for the determination of volatile organic compounds （VOCs） in surface water. The related coefficient of calibration curve are between 0. 993--0. 9992 , The recoveries are be- tween 85%-102%. This method is accurate and simple, has a good precision, can meet surface water testlng requirement.
