按照水资源统一管理和可持续利用、多水源统一调配的原则,根据宁东能源化工基地相关规划,对该基地未来需水进行预测,并根据当地黄河水、非常规水资源情况,合理配置不同水源水量,保障宁东能源化工基地正常发展。

According to the principles of integrated management of water resources and sustainable use,unified allocation of multi-water resources,based on the planning of Ningdong Coal-Thermal Power-Chemical Industry Base（NCPCIB）,the article makes a prediction of water requirements in the future of the base.Rational allocation of multi-water resources is suggested in accordance with the local Yellow River water resources situation and unconventional water resources,to ensure the normal development of NCPCIB.
