摘要
阐述了我国农民合作社"大户+小户"模式的特点,从内部人控制导致激励制度不完善、经营者以声誉激励为主及小户存在"搭便车"现象方面分析了我国农民合作社"大户+小户"模式下激励制度存在的问题,并提出了完善我国农民合作社激励制度的对策,包括完善现代企业经营制度、引入职业经理人模式和建立小户的发展模式等。
The paper elaborates the characteristics of "big family+small family" mode in farmer cooperatives in China,analyzes the problems of incentive system under "big family+small family" mode in farmer cooperatives from the aspects of imperfect incentive system due to the control of inside man,reputation incentive of operator,and "hitchhike"phenomenon of small family,and raises the countermeasures to perfect the incentive system of farmer cooperatives in China,including improving the modern enterprise management system,introducing the occupation manager mode and establishing the development mode of small family.
