农药残留是影响果汁质量水平的一个重要因素,为保障消费者的健康与安全,进一步拓展我国国产果汁的全球市场,开展对果汁中农药残留的检测和监控显得日益重要。就果汁中易残留的多种农药进行分类综述,同时整理了近年来各种应用于果汁中农药残留检测的方法,并就其发展方向进行探讨。

The pesticide residues is the important factors ＇affecting the quality of fruit juice, in order to protect the consumers health and safety, and expand the domestic juice of the world market in our country furtherly,therefore,it＇s importance to detect and monitoring the pesticide residues in fruit juice. In this paper, the origin of pesticide residues in fruit juice was reviewed,the analytical techniques used in the study of pesticide residue in juice and eoncertrated juice were reviewd as well.
