摘要
对经淬火和不同温度回火的φ7.938 mm和φ12.00 mm两种直径GCr15钢球进行了单件压碎验,然后在载荷-位移曲线上测定比例载荷、压碎载荷以及总变形量和非比例变形量。结果表明,火温度对比例载荷的影响较小,而对压碎载荷、总变形量和非比例变形量的影响较大。
GCr15 steel balls hardened and tempered at different temperatures, 7. 938 mm and 12. 00 mm respectively in diameter, were crushing tested singly, and then proportional load, crushing load, total deformation amount and disproportionate deformation amount were measured according to the load-displacement curve. The results indicate that the tempering temperatures exert a little influence on the proportional load but greater influence on the crushing load, the total deformation amount and the disproportionate deformation amount.
