摘要
隔爆干式变压器是煤矿井下综合机械化采掘设备的配电电源装置,工作环境中存在着甲烷等易爆危险气体,为了避免变压器局部过热引起爆炸,必须保证其有良好的散热效果,因此隔爆干式变压器的温度场分析有很重要的意义。文中应用有限元软件Fluent分析了隔爆干式变压器的三维温度场与气流场,计算了高低压绕组、铁心以及箱体平均温升,将仿真结果与解析结果进行了对比,误差满足工程的需要。在此基础上建立了低压绕组二维温度场模型,分析了气道、负载系数对绕组平均温升和最热点温升的影响,对隔爆干式变压器的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
Flame proof dry-type transformer is a power supply equipment for mechanization excavation equipment used in coal mine where dangerous gases, such as methane which is very explosive, exist. In order to a- void explosion caused by local overheat of transformer, good radiating effect must be guaranteed. Therefore temperature field analysis of flame proof dry-type transformer is very important. In this article, the three-di- mensional temperature field and airflow field of flame proof dry-type transformer was analyzed by finite element software fluent,the average temperature rise of high and low voltage winding.core and tank were calculated, then simulation results and analytical calculation results were compared, the error satisfied engineering de- mand. And then the two-dimensional temperature field model of low voltage winding was built, influence of the air channel.load coefficient on winding average temperature rise and hot-point temperature-rise were ana- lyzed, which had certain guiding significance for the structure design of flame proof dry-type transformer.
