益气固肾液对维持性血液透析患者营养不良-炎症评分的影响

Effect of Yiqi Gushen Liquid on Malnutrition-Inflammation Score in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的观察益气固肾液对维持性血液透析患者炎症状态的影响。方法将72例维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组35例。两组均予普通碳酸氢盐透析液治疗,治疗组在普通碳酸氢盐透析液中加入益气固肾液(40ml/L)。两组均每周透析8～12h,疗程6个月。治疗前后分别观察两组患者营养不良-炎症评分(MIS)各项指标并记录总评分。结果治疗后治疗组MIS指标中饮食摄入、胃肠道症状、中臂肌肉周径、中臂肌皮褶厚度、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白及总评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后及治疗后两组间MIS各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气固肾液可降低维持性血液透析患者MIS评分,可能有助于改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Gushen Liquid （qi-boosting kidney-securing liquid） on flammation state in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Seventy-two maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomized into treat- ment group （37 cases） and controlled group （35 cases）. Bicarbonate dialysis was given to both groups 8 to 12 hours weekly and Yiqi Gushen Liquid （40ml/L） was added in the treatment group. The treatment course lasted for 6 months. The malnutrition- inflammation score （MIS） was observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the MIS score of dietary intake, gastrointestinal symptoms, the arm muscle circumference, skinfold thickness in the arm muscle, serum albumin, transferrin and total score improved significantly in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in MIS between groups and in the control group as compared with before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Gushen Liquid could reduce the MIS and improve the prognosis for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
