不同温度熏洗药对膝关节疼痛和功能的影响 被引量:18

Effect of Fumigation Lotion at Different Temperature on Pain and Function in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

摘要 目的观察不同温度中药局部熏洗对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者膝关节疼痛和活动功能的影响。方法将126例KOA患者随机分为3组,每组42例。熏洗中药温度分别为38℃、41℃、44℃。各组均应用自拟跌打追风方剂连续熏洗10次,每次30min,每日1次。按照Kujala评分系统对膝关节疼痛、活动功能进行评分。结果各组患者治疗后膝关节活动功能和疼痛评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后各组间比较,44℃熏洗组治疗后活动功能评分优于其他两组(P<0.05),38℃熏洗组与41℃熏洗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);41℃熏洗组缓解疼痛最佳,与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与其他两组比较38℃熏洗组缓解疼痛最差(P<0.05)。结论不同温度中药局部熏洗均能改善KOA患者膝关节疼痛,提高患者膝关节功能,患者在机体耐受和安全情况下可分别选择41℃、44℃两种不同熏洗温度进行治疗。 Objective To observe the effect of fumigation lotion at different temperature on pain and function in knee osteo- arthritis (KOA) patients and provide the basis for setting the optimum fumigation temperature. Methods Totally 126 KOA patients were randomized into three groups, with 42 in each. Three groups were given self-made fumigation lotion at 38℃, 41℃ and 44℃ for 10 times respectively. The joint pain, function were observed before and after treatment by kujala score. Re- suits There were significant differences in scores of joint pain and funetion after treatment in all the groups (P〈20.05). The fumigation lotion at 44℃ was the best effective in improving joint function as compared with the fumigation lotion at 38℃ and 41℃ (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in improving joint function between the fumigation lotion at 38℃ and 41℃ (P〉0.05). The fumigation lotion at 41℃ was the best effective in relieving pain as compared with the fumigation lotion at 38℃ and 44℃ (P〈0.05). The fumigation lotion at 38℃ was the least effective in relieving pain (P〈0.05). Conclusion The self-made fumigation lotion at 38℃, 41 ℃ and 44℃ could improve the joint function and relieve pain. The fumigation lotion at 41 ℃ and 44℃ could be chosen according to the different situation of joint pain and function within tolerance of patients under safe condition.
