全血、悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞储存期末溶血率调查 被引量:12

Investigation of hemolysis of whole blood,red cells suspension and leukocyte-depleted red cell suspension at the end of storage

摘要 目的调查全血、悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞3种红细胞制品储存期末的溶血率。方法分别收集全血、悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞制品24份、94份和44份。4℃保存至储存期末,检测储存期末的总血红蛋白浓度、血细胞比容和上清游离血红蛋白浓度,计算储存期末溶血率。结果 24份全血的储存期末溶血率均值为0.07%;94份悬浮红细胞有93份的储存期末溶血率均值为0.20%;44份去白细胞悬浮红细胞的储存期末溶血率均值为0.24%。全血储存期末溶血率显著低于另外两种红细胞制品,而悬浮红细胞和少白细胞悬浮红细胞之间差异无统计学意义。结论 99.4%的检测样本的储存期末溶血率低于0.8%;去除血浆成分的红细胞保存基质影响储存期末溶血率;滤除白细胞未影响储存期末溶血率。 Objective To investigate the hemolysis of whole blood, red cells suspension and leukocyte-depleted (LD) red cells suspension at the end of storage. Methods Twenty-four whole blood, 94 red cells suspension and 44 LD red cells suspension, were collected. All samples were stored at 4 ℃, and the total hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit and free hemoglobin concentration in the supernatant were analyzed at the end of storage to calculate the hemolysis. Re- suits At the end of storage, the hemolysis of all 24 whole blood were below 0.8%, and the average was 0.07%. The hemolysis of all 94 red cells suspension but one was below 0.8%, and the average was 0.20%. The hemolysis of all 44 LD red cells suspension was below 0.8%, and the average was 0.24%. The hemolysis of whole blood at the end of storage was significantly lower than the other two red cells. Red cells suspension showed no significant difference on hemolysis from LD red cells suspension. Conclusions The hemolysis of 99.4% samples analyzed at the end of storage is less than 0.8%. The red cell preservative solution with reduced plasma could affect the hemolysis at the end of storage. Leukocyte depletion has no effect on hemolysis at the end of storage.
