摘要
针对世界旅游业"散客化"的发展趋势,根据散客需求新特征,在系统剖析以旅游服务集成商为核心的传统旅游供应链在散客时代面临的极限挑战基础上,对比研究以游客为核心的柔性旅游供应链在散客时代的制胜法宝,设计了面向散客时代的柔性旅游供应链理论模型,提出了打破以旅游服务集成商为核心的传统思维定势,得出构建以游客为核心的柔性旅游供应链是应对"散客化"浪潮不二选择的结论。
The paper directs at the new trend of decentralization, according to the new characteristics of FIT, based on the systematic analysis of ultimate challenges for traditional tourism supply chain, which is with tourism service integrator-as-core, comparing trumps to success of flexible tourism supply chain, which is with tourist-as-core. It designs a flexible tourism supply theory model, and proposes that breaking traditional mindset of tourism service integrator-ascore, establishing tourist-as-core flexible tourism supply chain is a must to counter the new trend of decentralization.
