摘要
量化分析了我国交通运输行业能耗、排放与需求,以及面临的能源、排放约束。在此基础上,根据不同交通运输模式的特性及其比较优势,结合各管理部门规划中的节能减排方案,从新的视角提出了基于体系结构优化的交通业节能减排路径和对策。该路径与对策能够充分挖掘不同交通运输模式的潜力,更具经济和时间优势。
Based on a quantitative analysis of the environmental characteristics (fuel consumption and carbon emission) and demands of transportation in China, the energy and carbon-constrained developing route of transportation is studied. According to the characteristics and comparative advantage of 4 different transport modes, a new insight on the development of transportation based on optimization of structural system is presented. The strategy appears cost saving and time advantages compared to plans authority released.
