动力型LiFePO_4电池失效机理研究

摘要 采用模拟电动汽车行驶过程中振动状态参数,对电动汽车用动力型LiFePO4电池组的电池模块进行了相关的振动以及电性能测试。对电池模块在模拟实车行驶状态和通常无振动状态下的工作电压平台、开路电压和循环寿命等实验数据进行对比分析,并进行了失效机理分析,探讨了外界振动环境对电动汽车用动力型LiFePO4电池组的电池模块的影响。结果表明由于电池模块在长期振动条件下工作,可能导致电池模块的不一致性扩大而带来安全隐患。 According to the simulation of the electric vehicle’s vibration state during the traveling state,the different vibration and electrical performance tests were applied to the LiFePO4 power battery module of electric vehicles.In this paper,operation voltage platform,OCV and cyclic performance of battery module between vibration condition and normal non-vibration condition were contrasted and analyzed.The failure mechanism was analyzed and the effect of vibration on the LiFePO4 power battery module of electric vehicles was discussed.The results demonstrate that a long term effect of vibration may result in the inconsistencies among the battery modules,and bring new safety problems to the battery.
