摘要
研制了一种应用于电解电镀行业的分布式高频开关电源实时监控系统,利用底层RS485网络、中层PROFIBUS网络、上层以太网连接四级设备形成了一种三层四级的网络监控系统。主站的监控软件运用Delphi7.0软件进行编程,采用组态化监控软件开发方式,操作简便、直观,系数数据库采用面向对象的多层分布式数据库体系,大大提高了数据管理的效率和可靠性。综合网络监控系统可以实现多台高频开关电源统一集中管理,实现电解电镀车间的远程监控,能够大大提高企业的自动化水平和生产效率。
A king of comprehensive network monitoring system for distributed high-frequency switching power supplies was developed. A three-layer four-level network monitoring system was made of the bottom RS485 network, middle PROFIBUS network and top Ethemet. The monitoring software of the host computer was programmed by Delphi 7.0, and it adopted the configuration software developing method, which was clear and simple. The system could realize the centralized management of distributed high-frequency switching power supplies and monitoring of electrolytic plating plant remotely, which could greatly improve the automation level of the company and production efficiency.
