摘要
转向架轴箱为CRH300型高速列车核心部件,要求采用QT400-18AL(-40℃)球铁制造。在分析了生产这种球铁的技术难度及影响因素后,采用高纯生铁及综合技术措施研制成功全铁素体球铁转向架轴箱,其缺口冲击值分别为:20.8 J(20℃)、19.4 J(0℃)、19.2 J(-20℃)、16.8 J(-40℃)、13.6 J(-50℃),并首次给出这种铸铁的韧性、塑性转变曲线。
The bogie bearing housing is one of the key parts for CRH300 high speed train, and is manufactured with QT400-18AL (-40 ℃) fen'ite ductile iron. According to the demands of mechanical properties, high purity pig iron was used as metal charge. The foundry process, the chemical composition and microstructure are strictly controlled. The impact strength in different temperature are as follows: 20.8 J (20 ℃ ), 19.4 J (0 ℃ ), 19.2 J (-20 ℃ ), 16.8 J (-40 ℃), 13.6 J (-50 ℃ ). The bogie bearing housing has been manufactured with this full ferrite ductile iron on batch production.
