摘要
介绍了大型浮选机上部轴的铸造工艺与热处理工艺流程,分析了铸造工艺和热处理工艺的特点。以不同截面、不同材料淬硬层深度的差异性,阐述了不同截面尺寸的上部轴材质选择的差异性。根据浮选机上部轴不同的截面尺寸和材料淬透性的差异,制定出合理的铸造与热处理工艺规范。通过对上部轴铸造成分及热处理后力学性能的检测,验证了铸造与热处理工艺流程制定的合理性。为大型轴类零件的铸造与热处理提供了可借鉴的参考数据。
The article introduces upper shaft casting process and heat treatment process of the large flotation machine, and analyzes the characteristics of casting process and heat treatment process. With different hardened layer depth of different section and different materials, the differences of material selection of the different section size Of upper shaft were represented. According to different section size of upper shaft and the difference of quench hardening ability, the reasonable casting and heat treatment process specification were established. Through detecting the chemical composition and mechanical properties with heat treatment of the upper shaft casting, the rationality of casting and heat treatment process were verified. The study provides the reference data for large axle parts' casting and heat treatment.
