针刺配合耳穴贴压防治花粉症临床观察

Clinical Study on Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Sticking in Prevention of Pollinosis

目的观察针刺配合耳穴贴压对花粉症的防治作用。方法将60例花粉症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均采用针刺及耳穴贴压治疗。治疗结束后治疗组预约在第2年发作季节前1个月未发作时进行预防性干预,对照组1年后进行随访,分别进行治疗前后症状体征积分的观察。结果两组治疗前后症状体征积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),1年后经过预防性治疗及随访,治疗组与初诊治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.01),症状体征积分明显下降,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗花粉症疗效显著,能明显控制和预防花粉症的发作,具有良好的治疗和预防发作的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking in prevention of pollinosis. Method Sixty patients with pollinosis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, both receiving acupuncture and auricular point sticking treatment. After treatment, the treatment group would receive preventive intervention a month before the attack season in the next year, while a follow-up study would be conducted for the control group a year later. The symptoms and sign scores were observed before and after treatment. Result The intra-group comparison of symptom and sign score before and after treatment showed significant differences in both groups （P〈O.O1）; after preventive intervention and follow-up study, the outcome in the treatment group was significantly different from that ahead of the initial treatment （P〈O.O1）, and the symptom and sign score dropped markedly, significantly better than that in the control group （1~〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and auricular point sticking is significantly effective in treating pollinosis, well-controlling the attack of pollinosis and with both good treatment and preventive effects.
