摘要
实施国家知识产权战略,是建设创新型国家、提升综合国力的战略性选择。通过梳理国家创新系统、知识产权战略内涵相关文献,阐释知识产权战略在国家创新系统中的重要地位,并从驱动技术创新、促进产业创新和改善创新环境三方面着重分析知识产权战略的作用机制,探讨完善知识产权作用机制的对策。
The implementation of tlae national inteilecmal property strategy is a strategic choice for building an innovative country and enhancing the comprehensive national strength. Based on the analysis of related literatures on national innovation system and intellectual property strategy, this paper illustrates the important role of intellectual property strategy, and also analyzes the effectiveness of itsaction mechanism from three aspects, which are driving technical innovation, promoting industrial innovation and improving the innovation environment, then explores the strategies to prefect the mechanism.
