摘要
以中美数家高校图书馆学科服务的创新活动为实际案例,用流程图的形式,揭示了在3种不同的学科服务创新模式下,用户驱动学科馆员进行学科服务创新的现状与过程,并以实际案例探讨了学科服务催生新的图书馆管理体制的原因。在此基础上,分析了图书馆学科服务创新的指导思想,提出了图书馆学科服务创新的整体框架。
Taking several Chinese and American academic libraries' innovations of subject service and management as examples, this paper describes the status of different users' subject activities, and analyzes user-driven innovations of subject service under three different subject service modes by flow charts. And it discusses the cause of subject service expediting new library management system. On this basis, it analyzes the guiding ideology and builds an overall innovation framework of library subject service.
