广西南宁中老年女性腹型肥胖的心血管相关危险因素分析

Analysis of cardiovascular risk factors associated with abdominal obesity in middle-aged to elderly women in Guangxi Nanning

目的探讨导致南方中老年女性腹型肥胖的心血管相关危险因素。方法经横断面筛查广西南宁1303名年龄40～85岁伴有腹型肥胖的女性患者,完成病史询问、人体测量学参数、血压、血生化指标等的收集、检测,通过主成分分析法探讨影响中老年女性腹型肥胖的主要心血管相关危险因素。结果 (1)通过主成分分析可知,第1、2、3、4主成分的特征值均>1,其累计贡献率为65.43%;(2)第1主成分为"血脂因素",包括总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,贡献率为21.80%;(3)第2主成分为"血压因素",包括收缩压和舒张压,贡献率为18.44%;(4)第3主成分为"血糖因素",主要为空腹血糖,贡献率为13.51%;(5)第4主成分为"血尿酸因素",贡献率为11.69%。结论血脂代谢异常是中老年女性腹型肥胖最重要的危险因素,其次为高血压、高血糖和高尿酸,分别有不同程度的影响。

Objective To investigate the cardiovascular risk factors associated with abdominal obesity in middle-aged to elderly women in South China. Methods A total of 1303 abdominal obesity females aged from 40 to 85 years old in Nanning, Guangxi province, were selected and screened via cross- sectional study. Medical history and physical examination, blood pressure, blood biochemistry analysis for all subjects were recorded. The waist circumference more than 80 cm in female was considered as abdominal obesity. Principal component analysis was used to analyze the major cardiovascular risk factors associated with abdominal obesity. Results （ 1 ） The principal component analysis showed that the first, second, third and fourth principal component of the characteristic values are greater than one, their cumulative rate is 65.43%. （2）The first principal component was blood lipid profiles including TCH and LDL, the variance was 21.80%. （3）The second principal component was blood pressure （BP） including systolic BP and diastolic BP, the variance was 18.44%. （4）The third principal component was blood glucose especially fasting blood glucose, the variance was 13.51%. （5）The fourth principal component was uric acid （UA） only, the variance was 11.69%. Conclusions Dyslipidemia is the most important factor associated with female abdominal obesity in middle-aged to elderly in South China. Elevated blood pressure, blood glucose and uric acid also have certain influence on female abdominal obesity.
