摘要 脑利钠肽(Btypenatriureticpeptide,BNP)是1988年日本学者Sudoh等首先从猪脑中分离出来的,是由心肌细胞合成的具有生物学活性的天然激素,主要存在于心房和心室。心肌细胞分泌的BNP先以108个氨基酸组成的前体形式存在,再在活化酶的作用下裂解为由76个氨基酸组成的无活性的直线多肽和32个氨基酸组成的活性环状多肽,释放入血循环,分别被称为N末端BNP前体(NT—proBNP)和BNP。BNP不仅有利钠、利尿、降血压以及松弛平滑肌的作用,
