摘要
针对目前基于射频通信的无线热能表缺乏自动出厂质量检定设备的现状,对现有低成本人工检定装置进行自动化改造,实现基于整体式测量原理的无线热能表出厂质量自动检定系统;以MSP430F427为核心的嵌入式集控器创建基于433MHz RF通信的自主式短距离无线测控网络,实现无线热能表的数据采集与参数设置;并与检定计算机、电子秤、温控仪等构成基于RS-485现场总线的测控网络,实现多台热能表的整体式自动检定,其修正参数自动写入被检仪表;测试结果表明,检定系统的流量测量准确度大于0.05%,温度测量准确度大于0.1%,整个自动检定过程耗时约30分钟,无需人为干涉,避免了不必要的人为操作失误和计算错误;经过1年半的实际应用,结果表明,该系统成本低、性能可靠、操作方便,可满足无线热能表出厂质量大批量自动检定的需要,对提高热能表生产效率、加强无线热能表质量控制具有十分重要的意义。
To solve the problem of lack of automation equipment in large scale production of wireless heat meter, a novel automatic facto- ry quality testing device modified by existing manual low--cost device for wireless heat meter is introduced. A short range wireless measure ment and control network based on MSP430F427 MCU and 433MHz RF technology is built to complete data acquisition and parameter set- ting. The integral automatic test of multiple meters can be achieved by field network based on RS--485 bus constructed by test computer, e- lectronic scales, temperature controller. The testing results show that the flow measurement accuracy of the test system is greater than 0. 05 ~,%, and the temperature measurement accuracy is greater than 0. ] %. The entire quality testing process can be completed within 30 mi- nutes without human intervention, which avoid unnecessary operating errors and calculation errors. A year's running and test has been car- ried out, the results show that the system featured by low--cost, reliable and easy--operation greatly improves mass production efficiency and can strengthen factory quality control.
