摘要 为了满足航空电子装备的战时损伤下的应用要求,延长航空装备的使用寿命,降低其维护费用,对航空电子装备的数字电路部分的容错性和自修复进行了研究,提出了基于胚胎电子电路的自修复数字电路;分别对自修复数字电路的逻辑功能模块、配置寄存器模块和自修复辅助电路模块进行了结构设计,研究了自修复数字电路在故障状态下,其细胞单元重构过程,并给出了例子进行说明。最后成功将该研究运用某型测试设备适配器上。 For the sake of fulfilling the adhibition of avionics in the case of broken in the war, prolonging its life and reducing the charge of its maintenance, this paper studied the fault torlerance and self--repairing of the digital electrocircuit in the avionics and put forward self repairing digital electrocircuit based on embryo. T-- he logic module, register module and assistant circuit module of the self--repairing digital electrocircuit was stu-- died one by one. This paper studied the reconstitution process of the self--repaired digital electrocircuit in caseof failture with an example. At last the study was successfully used in the adapter of a test equipment.
