摘要
对位芳纶纤维在纸页抄造过程中极易絮聚,而影响纸页匀度和成纸性能。本文对影响对位芳纶纤维纸性能的因素进行分析,同时提出了改善芳纶纸性能的方法,如优化短切纤维长度、提高纤维表面润湿状态、添加分散剂等,均可显著改善芳纶纸成纸匀度和性能。
Para-aramid fiber is easily to flocculate in the sheet forming process, which may wreck formation uniformity and paper properties. The factors that cause aramid fiber flocculation were discussed. And the improvement methods were also proposed, such as optimization of fiber length and fiber ratio, pre-treatment of fiber and addition of dispersant, etc.
