2010年福建省城乡65岁及以上老年人死因分析

Analysis of Death Cause of Aged Population in Fujian, 2010

目的通过分析老年人死亡的原因,为开展老年人慢病危险因素综合干预提供决策依据。方法死因资料来自福建省疾病监测系统死因监测资料,用ICD-10进行死因分类和根本死因编码。结果 2010年福建省65岁及以上老年人死亡率为4.351%,占全部死亡数的68.5%;慢性非传染性疾病死亡率为3704.12/10万,占85.1%;脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、内分泌营养代谢病、消化系统疾病、精神障碍、泌尿生殖系统疾病、传染病位居前10位死因,占死亡总数的94.7%,除城市老年人的神经系统疾病和农村老年人的传染病外,城乡老年人的前9位死因相同,但顺位有所不同;肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌和结直肠癌在城乡均位居恶性肿瘤的前5位,占78.3%。急性心肌梗死居心脏病首位,占44.7%;意外跌落占损伤和中毒的56.8%。结论脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒是福建省老年人的主要死因。

Objective To analyze the cause of death among the aged population in Fujian province. Methods The death cause data from disease surveillance system in Fujian province were classified and coded according to ICD-10, and analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results In 2010, the mortality of population aged≥65 years in Fujian was 4.351%, accounting for 68.5% of total deaths;the mortality due to chronic non-communicable diseases was 3 704.12/100 000,accounting for 85.1% of total deaths;the first ten death causes were cerebrovascular diseases, malignancies, heart diseases, respiratory system diseases, injuries poisonings, endocrine system diseases, digestive system diseases, mental disorders, urogenital diseases and communicable diseases, accounting for 94.7% of total deaths; Except metal disorders in urban aged population and communicable diseases in rural aged population, two populations shared the same first nine death causes, but the orders were different. Lung cancers, stomach cancer, liver cancers, esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer occupied the first five malignancies with a proportion of 78.3% in both urban and rural. Acute myocardial infarction, ranked first in heart diseases, accounted for 44.7% of heart diseases. Accidental fallings, suicides, and traffic accidents occupied 56.8% of injuries poisonings. Conclusion Cerebrovascular diseases, malignancies, heart diseases, respiratory system diseases, and injuries poisonings are major causes of deaths for aged population in Fujian province.
