摘要 Pierre Robin综合征（PRS）由法国口腔学家Pierre Robin于1923年首先报道，是一种病因学上非特异的常染色体隐性遗传疾病，临床表现为先天性小下颌、舌后坠、吸气性呼吸道梗阻三联征，同时伴喂养困难和呼吸困难。现报道本科2010年6月-2011年6月收治的3例PRS患儿。
