锁定钢板在跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的应用

Application of locking compression plate in intra-articular calcaneal fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法对40例累及距下关节的跟骨关节内骨折患者采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果术后随访12-18个月，所有骨折均获得骨性愈合，参照Maryland足部评分系统评定，优21例，良16例，可3例，优良率为92．5％。结论锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效肯定，是较理想的内固定方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate on intra - artr cular calcaneal fracture. Methods Forty patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated with locking compression plate and were followed up. Results All patients were followed up for 15 months on the average. According to the Maryland Score, there were 21 patients with excellent effects, 16 patients with good effects and 3 patients with common effects. The excellent and good rate was 92.5%. Conclusions The curative effects of locking compression plate on intra-articular calcaneal frac- tures is good. Locking compression plate is a perfect method.
