助产士围生期干预对促进自然分娩的影响

Effect of perinatal intervention by midwives on promoting natural childbirth

目的探讨助产士对孕产妇进行围生期干预对促进自然分娩的影响。方法将600例孕妇随机分为两组，即干预组和对照组，对照组给予常规围生期保健、教育和分娩处理等，干预组在此基础上由助产士进行围生期干预和陪伴分娩。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、配合情况、产程时间。结果两组产妇分娩方式、配合情况、产程时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论助产士对孕产妇进行围生期干预，可明显提高其自然分娩能力，降低剖宫产率。

Objective To investigate the effect of perinatal intervention by midwives on promo- ting natural birth. Methods Six hundreds of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group and control group. The control group received routine perinatal care, education and delivery processing. The intervention group were intervened by the midwives during perinatal period and were accompanied during childbirth on the basis of treatment in control group. The post-delivery methods, the coordinating situation and labor time were compared. Results There were significant differences in maternal mode of delivery, compliance, and labor time between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Maternal perinatal intervention by midwives can significantly improve the ability of natural delivery and reduce the cesarean section rate.
