Research on Web-based Intelligence Platform for Common Equipment Management in Universities

仪器设备管理历来是高校固定资产管理工作的重中之重,亦是难点所在。与当前各项教学科研事业遍地开花、欣欣向荣相比,以往高校所采用的仪器设备管理模式显得捉襟见肘,已然难以满足新形势的需要。引入系统管理理念,对设备管理全流程进行重新整合和顶层设计,并以更加先进智能的信息化手段推动落实,可以有效地提高仪器设备管理水平,科学合理地配置资源,为教学科研和人才培养提供可靠的物质保障,解决设备管理上的难题,缓解学校发展的迫切性与资源有限性之间的矛盾。

Equipment management is one of the most important and difficult missions among routine work in universities. The widely- adopted equipment management methods now hardly can facilitate the development in teaching and research. Led and redesigned by systematic idea, web-based intelligence platform for common equipment management can efficiently improve the equipment management level and reasonably allocate the limited resource.
